DOVER — Our new Tea Parlor luncheon is going quite well with daily openings Monday through Saturday 11:30am-3pm. We now offer lighter fare, our fancy 3-tiered “Duchess” depending on your appetite and mood. Please feel free to come casual or dressed up, throw on a crazy hat and boa too if you like as we are the perfect venue for a quiet lunch with friends or a celebration such as baby or wedding showers and sprinkles, birthday parties of any age (how about Sweet 16?), anniversary parties, social groups and clubs or business gatherings as well.
