Bridal Showers are our specialty, our elegant inn needs no decorating except your personal touches as we are limited due to the historic nature of the inn with any type of decoration that could harm the integrity or original workmanship of the inn itself. We do not charge for the function itself but we do require that every guest order “The Duchess.” The formal Duchess of Bedford style of afternoon tea, served on a 3 tiered cake stand. The lower tier is layered with savory tea sandwiches such as chicken tarragon with kiwi and grape, strawberry creamed cheese, cucumber & dill, egg & greens. The middle tier has a scone dusted with powdered sugar, served with lemon curd and Devonshire cream. The top tier has a selection of petit fours, small cakes and pastries. We can serve this in two different styles, either a formal sit down up to 22 or buffet style 35-40, whichever option works best for your group. We can also offer mimosas and wine if desired either through cash bar or ticket basis. There are a couple different favor choices available here but you are more than welcome to bring your own. We suggest coming by the inn to see its’ elegance and offerings! A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your date.
