General policies are listed below – please call for unanswered questions – a reservation cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date will be subject to the total charge unless we can re-rent the room so please let us know asap if you anticipate an issue – the longer we have the higher the chances. If in the event we can re-rent the room we will gladly refund or release the full amount minus the $25 fee. There are additional policies regarding group reservations such as weddings and special events, most of which require non-refundable deposits, for specific details see each topic page. We are empathetic in the event of adverse weather but please understand that we are a smaller venue and cannot be responsible for mother nature, in most cases the above cancellation policy still applies.

Privacy – We only collect the necessary data from you in securing a reservation, we DO NOT sell your information to any other parties, occasionally we may send monthly mailings strictly from us alerting you of upcoming events and specials – you may opt out of this anytime by notifying us . Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), it is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure manner. Our website contains links to other sites.
